HUISREGLEMENT

• Please do not move any indoor furniture. Moving furniture can cause unnecessary damage or wear to the items and the floors. Extra costs may be charged if furniture needs to be placed back in its original position. Indoor furniture must remain indoors at all times. Plenty of outdoor furniture is provided.
• Please do not open rooms or storage spaces that are locked with a key, as these are reserved for private use.
• Do not throw anything into the toilets, sinks, or other drains (including tampons, sanitary pads, diapers, or panty liners). Additionally, please avoid pouring environmentally harmful cleaning agents (such as chlorine/bleach), fats, and food remnants down the drains or toilets, as this can cause severe blockages.
• Please do not use damp or wet wood in the wood burner, as this poses a chimney fire hazard. If you are unsure how to operate the fireplace or stove, please ask the owner for assistance.
• Pets are not allowed on the property.
• Please respect the garden—do not pick any flowers or plants, and do not light open fires in the garden. Kindly park your vehicle only in the designated parking spaces.
• Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and avoid making noise or disturbance after 10:00 PM.
• Please report any pre-existing defects immediately upon arrival by taking a photo and sending it to the owner, so you will not be held responsible at the end of your stay.
  Kindly report any damage that occurs during your stay before you depart so the property manager can prepare the house for the next guests. You are insured against damage according to the conditions stated in the insurance policy.
• Any complaints must be reported to the owner immediately (within 24 hours of discovery at the latest).
• The garbage truck passes every Friday. Please place the waste container by the roadside in time for collection.
